About ME

My name is Mya, and I began my journey as a boudoir photographer in 2011 — long before boudoir photography became a trend.

For nearly 15 years, I’ve specialized exclusively in boudoir, guiding women ages 21 to 77 through an experience designed to feel supportive, respectful, and empowering. Many of my clients return year after year to celebrate new chapters of their lives and reconnect with themselves in different seasons.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: beauty isn’t defined by age, size, shape, or stage of life. True beauty comes from presence, confidence, and feeling seen — exactly as you are.

A Fully Guided, Coaching-Based Experience

One of the most common fears clients share before their session is, “I don’t know how to pose.”
That’s completely normal — and it’s exactly why coaching is central to everything I do.

You’re never expected to arrive knowing how to move, where to place your hands, or what your expression should be. That’s my job.

During your session, I guide you step by step. I don’t just give verbal direction — I demonstrate poses so you can see how they should look and feel, then help you settle into them in a way that feels natural and flattering for your body.

There’s no guessing, no awkward pauses, and no pressure. Just calm, clear guidance that allows your confidence to grow naturally.

Experience You Can Trust

My formal training began in 2011 at my very first boudoir workshop in San Diego with The Boudoir Divas. Since then, I’ve spent years refining my craft and learning how to pose real women—not models.

With nearly 15 years of experience, I know how to adjust poses for different body types, comfort levels, and personalities. I know how to highlight what you love about yourself and gently minimize what you’re self-conscious about—without forcing you into anything that doesn’t feel like you.

Trusted by MANY Women

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with hundreds of clients — many of whom have taken the time to share their experiences publicly.

I’m proud to have 90+ five-star reviews on Google, along with dozens of heartfelt reviews on Facebook. These reviews consistently mention feeling comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout the experience — especially from clients who arrived nervous or unsure.

Below, you’ll find video testimonials from real clients sharing their stories in their own words. Hearing directly from the women I’ve worked with is one of the most honest ways to understand what this experience feels like and why so many clients choose to trust me with something so personal.

Ready When You Are

If you’ve made it this far, something here probably resonated — and that matters.

Boudoir is a deeply personal experience, and choosing the right photographer should feel intentional, not rushed. If you’re curious, nervous, excited, or somewhere in between, you don’t have to have everything figured out yet.

When you’re ready, I’d love to talk with you about your why, answer your questions, and help you decide if this experience feels like the right fit for you.
